FOUNDER & BETA ADDENDUM

This Founder & Beta Addendum (β€œAddendum”) supplements the Terms of Service. In case of conflict, this Addendum controls for Founder or Beta users.

1. FOUNDER PLAN TERMS

1.1 Founder access may include:

  • One-time initial payment

  • Discounted recurring subscription

  • Grandfathered pricing

1.2 Grandfathered pricing remains in effect unless:

  • You materially breach the Terms;

  • You abuse the Platform;

  • You attempt to circumvent pricing or security mechanisms.

1.3 Founder plans are non-transferable without written consent.

2. BETA FEATURES

2.1 The Platform may include features designated as:

  • Beta

  • Early Access

  • Experimental (feature classification only, not system classification)

2.2 Beta Features may:

  • Be modified or removed at any time

  • Contain bugs or incomplete functionality

  • Produce unstable or inconsistent results

2.3 We are not obligated to provide support for Beta Features.

2.4 Beta Features are provided β€œAS IS” without warranty.

3. LIMITED SERVICE EXPECTATIONS

Founder and Beta users acknowledge:

  • Features may change without notice

  • System architecture may evolve

  • Documentation ingestion logic may be refined

  • Execution Mode safeguards may expand

4. NO RELIANCE ON FUTURE FEATURES

You acknowledge that:

  • Purchase decisions are not based on promised future functionality

  • Roadmap items are non-binding

  • Features may be repriced or restructured

5. FEEDBACK LICENSE

Founder and Beta users often provide feedback.

All feedback is:

  • Voluntary

  • Non-confidential

  • Licensed to the Company on a perpetual, royalty-free basis

6. EARLY-ACCESS RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By participating in Founder or Beta access, you acknowledge:

  • The Platform is pre-launch or evolving

  • System behavior may change

  • Performance metrics may fluctuate

  • AI outputs may improve over time

You agree not to assert claims based solely on feature evolution, refinement, or removal of Beta functionality.

7. TERMINATION OF BETA ACCESS

We may terminate Beta access at any time.

Founder pricing benefits may be revoked for:

  • Fraud

  • Abuse

  • Policy violations

  • Security threats
