What This Is (And Isn't)

🚧 Is GHL Nexus a finished product?

Nexus V1 is fully operational and in production, but this is a limited launch by design to give us the opportunity to collect feedback and make necessary adjustments before finishing the v2 release, which will be a wider rollout.

❌ Who is this NOT for?

This isn't for agencies who don't care about documentation quality, brand control, or reducing support drag.

If you're not comfortable working with cutting-edge, early-access tools and occasionally dealing with bugs, this probably isn't a good fit for you.

🕵️‍♂️ Can I white-label this under my own domain?

The chat widget can be fully branded to your agency; however, the knowledge base index still contains GHL branding within the text.

Full sanitization and the ability to deploy a self-hosted, fully branded documentation set under your own domain is the primary objective of the V2 sprint.

API outputs do not contain any mention of GHL.

🫣 What if Nexus can't find the answer?

Nexus is engineered with a "Native-First" constraint. If a feature or endpoint doesn't exist in the documentation, the agent won't hallucinate a fake one.

Additionally, the system includes a human-in-the-loop fail-safe: queries that the system can't resolve are forwarded to our team for verification, with an option for you to provide an email for a direct follow-up once the documentation is updated.

Because we prioritized getting v1 shipped, not all fulfillment processes have been automated. But you should receive all deliverables within 24 hours.
